Tips about SURGE videos:

  • Many students want to have physical violence in a bullying video. This is hard to do well in a movie. Consider focusing on cyberbullying, teasing, and other verbal forms of bullying.
  • Sometimes, student movies about dress code, cheating, drug use, gossip, etc. end up making these things look "cool." A conscious effort must e made to avoid this.
